Hair Salon FAQ – General & Bookings
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred stylist and time slot.
Can I book online?
You can request your appointment through our booking form, and one of our team members will confirm with you shortly.
What if I’m running late or need to cancel?
Please let us know ASAP. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice where possible.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Just yourself and some inspo pics! We’ll take care of the rest.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes — we offer complimentary consultations for colour, restyles, and major changes.
Hair Colouring – Brisbane Services
How often should I get my colour done?
Regrowth or tone refresh is usually every 4–6 weeks. Foils last 6–10 weeks depending on placement.
Will colouring my hair damage it?
Not with us! We use professional colour products and offer bond builders like Olaplex and K18 for added protection.
Do you offer colour corrections?
Absolutely — but they require a consult and quote. Results depend on your hair’s current condition and history.
Can I go blonde in one appointment?
Sometimes, yes — but lightening is a process. We’ll give you a clear, realistic plan during your consultation.
Haircuts & Styling FAQ
Do all cuts include a blow-dry?
Yes! Every cut includes a wash, relaxing head massage, and professional styling.
What’s the difference between a style cut and a restyle?
A style cut maintains your shape. A restyle is a total transformation — like adding a fringe or going short.
Can I book just a blow-dry?
Definitely. We offer one-off blow-dries and discounted blow-dry memberships.

Can I bring a child or friend?
For long services, we recommend coming solo to keep the salon calm for everyone. Ask us if you’re unsure!
