General & Bookings
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred stylist and time slot.
Can I book online?
You can request your appointment through our website, and one of our team members will contact you to confirm.
What if I’m running late or need to cancel?
Please let us know as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Just yourself and a photo or two of your goal! We’ll do the rest.
Do you offer consultations?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary consultations for all services — especially colour corrections, restyles, and extensions.
Colour
How often should I get my colour done?
Every 4–6 weeks for regrowth or tone refresh, and 6–10 weeks for foils depending on placement.
Will colouring my hair damage it?
Not with us! We use high-quality, professional colour and always prioritise your hair’s health. We can also recommend bond builders and treatments for extra protection.
Do you offer colour corrections?
Yes — but these are by consultation and quote only. They vary in time and complexity depending on your hair history.
Can I go blonde in one appointment?
Sometimes, but not always. Lightening is a process, especially if your hair has previous colour. We’ll give you a realistic plan and time frame at your consult.
Cuts & Styling
Do all cuts include a blowdry?
Yes! All cuts include shampoo, conditioner, a heavenly head massage, and professional styling.
What’s the difference between a style cut and a restyle?
A style cut maintains your current shape. A restyle is a full transformation — think changing shape, length, or adding major layers/fringe.
Can I book just a blowdry?
Of course! We offer one-off styling as well as memberships for regular blowdries.
Do you offer upstyles or wedding hair?
Yes — formal and bridal hair is our jam! Trials and group packages available. Book early to secure your date.
Hair Extensions
What types of extensions do you offer?
We offer Invisible Tape, Wefts, Keratin Bonds, and Nano Beads — all 100% human Remy hair.
How long do extensions last?
With proper care, extensions last from 6 weeks to several months depending on the method.
How often do I need to get them moved up?
Every 6–8 weeks for most methods. We’ll let you know your perfect timeline at your consultation.
Do you provide the hair, or do I need to bring it?
We provide and colour-match the hair. We only use premium, ethical Remy hair.
Can I swim or go to the gym with extensions?
Yes — but we’ll teach you how to care for them properly around water and sweat to avoid tangling or slipping.
Products & Aftercare
Do I need special shampoo after colour or extensions?
Yes — we recommend sulfate-free, colour-safe formulas. We stock salon-grade ranges we trust and use ourselves.
How do I make my colour last longer?
Use colour-safe products, wash with cool water, limit heat styling, and avoid overwashing. We can recommend a full routine for you.
What brush should I use with extensions?
A loop brush or soft-bristle brush is ideal. Brush gently 2–3 times a day and always before bed.
Salon Vibe
Do you offer drinks or snacks?
We sure do! Enjoy coffee of all sorts, tea, sparkling water, wine, Tim Tams, Pocky sticks, and Bischoff during your visit — all on the house.
Can I bring a friend or child with me?
We ask that you come solo for longer services so we can give you our full attention and keep the salon calm for everyone. Shorter services may be flexible — just ask us!
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes — you can buy them in-salon or online. They make the perfect present!
